Utah County's next stop south of Lehi
American Fork is the next city south on our Utah County route, just past Lehi and the Point of the Mountain. It's one of the older, established communities in the valley, with a downtown core near the mountain and American Fork Canyon, plus newer subdivisions climbing the east bench. We're extending our regular route here as demand grows, so call ahead to confirm same-day availability before you book.
Older homes and new construction on the bench
Downtown American Fork and the streets around it are older homes from the 1900s through the 1960s, and remodels there produce plaster, old framing, and heavier debris that fills a 20-yard fast. The east bench toward the canyon has newer subdivisions still under construction, where backyards delivered as bare dirt and basement finishes are the common jobs. Bare dirt and sod removal go in the 7-yard box at a flat rate; framing and drywall go in the 20-yard.
Placement
Most American Fork driveways are wide enough for a 20-yard and need no permit for placement. Street placement requires permission from the city, and on the busier streets near downtown it's usually not worth the trouble. Tell us the address when you book and we'll confirm the driveway will work, or whether you'll need to check with the city first.
