West Jordan is close to the west-side disposal sites, which means a full bin here turns around faster than almost anywhere else we serve. Full bins are taken to a local landfill or recycling center and billed by the scale ticket. Contractors around Jordan Landing and the industrial parks along 7800 South and Bangerter run daily and weekly swaps with us because the truck isn't stuck in a dump line.
West Jordan housing runs from 1970s ramblers near Redwood Road to 2000s builds in Copper Hills and Oquirrh Shadows. The remodel work is the usual mix of kitchens, baths, and basements, but yards are the standout. Big lots, a lot of turf, and a water district pushing conversions mean we deliver more 7-yard dirt boxes in West Jordan than in most cities. Concrete driveway and RV-pad demo is common too, and clean concrete goes in the 7-yard at the flat rate.
West Jordan driveways are generally wide and flat, and the driveway needs no permit. If the bin has to sit in the street, the city requires a permit, and some HOA neighborhoods in Copper Hills have their own rules on duration. Ask us and we'll tell you what to request from the city before you book.
The 7800 South and Bangerter corridors are lined with distribution centers, manufacturers and warehouse space, and they're a big part of our commercial work. We keep a 20-yard on the dock or in the yard and swap it daily, weekly or on call for pallets, packaging, line scrap and general facility waste. Commercial accounts pay one flat price per pull with no daily rental fee, two tons included and $55 per ton over from the scale ticket, which comes attached to the invoice. Net 30 billing, custom pricing by agreement for standing routes, and a swap called in before noon is usually done that afternoon.

No. West Jordan is inside our 30-mile service radius, so delivery and pickup are included in the price.
Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from West Jordan; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.
Book 1, 3 or up to 7 days. Need longer? It's $10 per extra day. No penalty, no re-booking.
The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
We bring heavy-duty boards and use them when needed to help spread the weight, at no extra charge. It's standard practice, not a guarantee against damage, so tell us about your driveway when you book.
