Contractors, roofers, landscapers and warehouses get one flat price per bin with no daily rental fee, scheduled swaps and Net 30 billing. Contractor rate starts at $249 for the 20-yard and $275 for the 7-yard. Rates apply once your account is set up.

The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
Yes. The first 30 miles from Holladay are included, and we go up to 60 miles total for a mileage fee, quoted up front before you book. That covers Lehi and the north end of Utah County near the Point of the Mountain at no extra charge.
Deliveries and pickups run Monday through Friday. Book a Friday pickup if you need the bin gone before the weekend.
