West Valley City has the largest concentration of warehouse, industrial and manufacturing space in the county, and it's where most of our commercial accounts are. Plants, distribution centers and fabrication shops here run us on a schedule: a 20-yard on the dock or in the yard, swapped daily, weekly or on call for pallets, packaging, cardboard, scrap and line waste. A swap called in before noon is usually done that afternoon, so a full bin doesn't hold up a shipping dock or a production line. Plant shutdowns, equipment changeovers and office or warehouse build-outs get extra bins on the same account, scheduled around your crews.
Every pull is one flat price, with no daily rental fee and no time limit, and a swap costs the same as a delivery. The 20-yard includes two tons, then $55 per ton from the landfill scale ticket, and the ticket is attached to the invoice. One Net 30 account covers every site you run, and your PO number, job code or site name goes on each invoice so it codes to the right place. Need a certificate of insurance before we come on site? We'll send one on request. Facilities on standing routes get custom pricing set by agreement and locked in a service agreement. After the first few pulls we'll tell you if your loads are running heavy, so there are no surprises at month end.
West Valley has a lot of apartment complexes and townhome communities, and property managers use us for unit turnovers, evictions, and common-area cleanups. One Net 30 account can cover multiple properties; give us the PO number, property name or job code at booking and it shows on the invoice.
The residential side of West Valley is 1950s through 80s homes in Hunter, Granger, and Chesterfield, and the work is the standard mix: kitchen and bath remodels, roof replacements, garage cleanouts, and full cleanouts when a house changes hands. Driveways are flat and driveway placement needs no permit. Street placement requires city permission. Both west-side disposal sites are close, so same-day delivery on weekday morning orders is the norm and swaps turn around fast.

Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from West Valley City; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.

Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
We bring heavy-duty boards and use them when needed to help spread the weight, at no extra charge. It's standard practice, not a guarantee against damage, so tell us about your driveway when you book.
