Midvale has more apartment and townhome density than most of the south valley, especially around Bingham Junction and along State Street. Property managers use us for unit turnovers, common-area cleanouts, and move-out days, and we set up Net 30 accounts so a manager with several buildings isn't paying at booking every time.
Old Midvale, around Main Street, has early-1900s homes that produce heavy remodel debris: plaster, brick, and old-growth framing. Union and the east side are 1960s and 70s homes with the standard remodel, roof, and cleanout work. A full gut of one of the older homes usually fills a 20-yard and approaches the 2 included tons, so we'll talk weight with you before you load.
Midvale is about six miles from our base, so swaps here rarely wait. Full bins are taken to a local landfill or recycling center and billed by the scale ticket. Same-day delivery on weekday morning orders is normal. Driveway placement needs no permit. Street placement requires city permission, and on the narrower streets in old Midvale we'd rather find a spot in the driveway or side yard than block the road. Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from Midvale; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.
Book 1, 3 or up to 7 days. Need longer? It's $10 per extra day. No penalty, no re-booking.
The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
We bring heavy-duty boards and use them when needed to help spread the weight, at no extra charge. It's standard practice, not a guarantee against damage, so tell us about your driveway when you book.
