Our office is on Highland Drive, so Holladay is the one city where we can say same-day with almost no hedging. If you call before noon on a weekday, the bin is there that afternoon. We know which streets in Cottonwood and Olympus Cove have the tight turnarounds, which driveways on the bench need the truck to back in from a specific angle, and which lots have gates that need to be open before 7 a.m. We've delivered on most of them.
Holladay housing is mostly 1950s to 1970s ramblers and split-levels on big lots, with a steady wave of tear-downs and whole-house remodels on the east side. That means two kinds of loads. Remodel debris, roofing, and cleanouts go in the 20-yard, and a full kitchen-and-bath gut on one of these homes typically fills one bin and lands right around the 2 included tons. Landscaping is the other half of our Holladay business: sod removal, xeriscape conversions, and re-grading on quarter-acre and half-acre lots generate a lot of dirt, and the 7-yard dirt box is the right tool because it's a flat rate with no weight surprise. Most of our repeat Holladay landscapers run two 7-yards on a swap so the crew never leaves the property.
Almost every Holladay delivery goes in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement is possible but requires permission from the city, and many Holladay streets are narrow enough that we'd rather not. We bring boards and use them when needed, and stamped concrete or pavers get extra attention to keep the truck's weight on the apron. It's standard practice, not a guarantee, so tell us what your driveway is made of and we'll plan for it.
After a wind or hail event, Holladay roofers call us the same morning and want the bin on site before tear-off. We stage bins for roofing companies the afternoon before, and a single-layer tear-off on a typical Holladay rambler fits comfortably in one 20-yard. Two-layer roofs or a big two-story on the bench may need a swap mid-job. Tell us the square count and the number of layers and we'll size it right the first time.

Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
