We're adding Lehi as our first city south of the Point of the Mountain, starting with Traverse Mountain and the rest of the north end. It's the closest part of Utah County to our Holladay base, and it's where most of the new building is happening right now. Weekday orders placed before noon are delivered the same day, same as the rest of our service area.
Lehi's growth, from Thanksgiving Point to the office campuses along the Silicon Slopes corridor, means a steady mix of new-build backyards, tenant buildouts, and punch-list debris. Bare-dirt backyards and sod installs go in the 7-yard box at a flat rate. Framing, drywall, and packaging from office or home construction go in the 20-yard. Many builders here order one of each and stagger the swap.
Traverse Mountain lots sit on a steep bench with tight streets and driveways that vary a lot from lot to lot. Send us a photo of the spot when you book and we'll confirm placement before the truck rolls. Thanksgiving Point and the flatter neighborhoods toward downtown Lehi are straightforward driveway drops with no permit needed.
Lehi is about 22 miles from our Holladay base, inside our standard delivery radius, so there's no distance charge. Same-day delivery on weekday orders placed before noon works here just like it does in Salt Lake County, and anything ordered later goes out the next weekday.

Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from Lehi; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.

The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
We bring heavy-duty boards and use them when needed to help spread the weight, at no extra charge. It's standard practice, not a guarantee against damage, so tell us about your driveway when you book.
