Cottonwood Heights borders Holladay, so it gets the same same-day treatment. Call before noon on a weekday and the bin is there that afternoon. Our drivers know the bench roads, the tight cul-de-sacs off Fort Union, and which Old Mill driveways need a specific approach.
The housing here is 1960s through 90s, a lot of it on the bench with views, and the remodel work is big: full kitchens, basement finishes, additions, and roof replacements. A whole-house remodel usually takes two or three 20-yards over the course of the job, and we'll schedule swaps around your framing and drywall phases so the bin is never full when you need it.
Bench lots in Cottonwood Heights mean retaining walls, re-grades, and rock, and all of it is heavy. Dirt, sod, concrete, and stone go in the 7-yard dirt box at a flat rate with no tonnage overage, which matters more here than almost anywhere else we serve. A retaining-wall block tear-out can weigh three or four tons in a single box, and in a standard roll-off that's a big overage bill. In the 7-yard it's the flat rate. Keep the load clean, dirt and concrete only, and the price you book is the price you pay.
Driveways in Cottonwood Heights are often sloped, and we'll set the bin so it sits level and the truck can retrieve it safely without dragging. Send a photo when you book and we'll confirm placement before the driver leaves the yard. We bring boards for both rails when needed to help protect concrete and pavers. Street placement needs city permission; the driveway doesn't, and on most bench streets the driveway is the only realistic option anyway.
