Magna is on the far west side of the valley but well inside our standard delivery radius, so there's no mileage fee. Full bins are taken to a local landfill or recycling center and billed by the scale ticket, and swaps here turn around quickly.
Magna housing is 1940s through 80s homes near Main Street and Pleasant Green, with newer subdivisions on the south side. The work is cleanouts, roof replacements, remodels, and lot cleanups on the larger properties. Yard and lot cleanups are often bulky-but-light loads that fill a 20-yard fast without approaching the weight limit.
Driveway placement in Magna needs no permit, and most driveways are wide enough for a 20-yard with room to spare. Street placement requires permission from the city. On the larger properties on the south and west sides there's usually room to set the bin in a side yard or on gravel, which keeps it off the concrete entirely. Tell us the address and where you'd like it and we'll confirm before the driver rolls. We bring boards and use them when needed on any surface, though it's standard practice rather than a guarantee.

Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from Magna; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.
Book 1, 3 or up to 7 days. Need longer? It's $10 per extra day. No penalty, no re-booking.
The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
We bring heavy-duty boards and use them when needed to help spread the weight, at no extra charge. It's standard practice, not a guarantee against damage, so tell us about your driveway when you book.
