Herriman has grown faster than almost any city in the valley, and most of our work here is finishing what the builder didn't: backyards delivered as bare dirt, basement finishes, and fence and patio installs. Yard work produces dirt and rock for the 7-yard box; basement finishes produce framing, drywall, and packaging for the 20-yard. Rosecrest and Anthem lots are often sloped, so tell us about the grade when you book.
Herriman is well inside our standard delivery radius, so there's no mileage fee anywhere in the city, including Rosecrest and the far southwest side that used to sit right at the edge. Once the bin is full, it's taken to a local landfill or recycling center and billed by the scale ticket, and the swap is quick.
Many Herriman neighborhoods have HOA rules on dumpster duration and visibility. The driveway is always the safe placement and needs no city permit. If you need the bin longer than seven days, it's $10 a day and we'll help you plan around the HOA's window.

Herriman is about 19 miles from our Holladay base. Weekday orders placed before noon are usually delivered the same day; everything else is next-day.

Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from Herriman; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.
Book 1, 3 or up to 7 days. Need longer? It's $10 per extra day. No penalty, no re-booking.
The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
We bring heavy-duty boards and use them when needed to help spread the weight, at no extra charge. It's standard practice, not a guarantee against damage, so tell us about your driveway when you book.
