Facilities run scheduled swaps for pallets, packaging and production scrap; shops call us for cleanouts and remodels when a building changes hands; and the redevelopment around Central Pointe keeps construction crews on regular swaps. Commercial accounts get Net 30 billing and one flat price per pull with no daily rental fee: a contractor rate for regular jobs, and custom pricing by agreement for standing routes. A swap called in before noon is usually done that afternoon. Full bins are taken to a local landfill or recycling center and billed by the scale ticket.
The residential side is 1920s through 1960s homes in Granite and Meadowbrook, plus a growing amount of apartment and townhome density near the TRAX stations. Older-home remodels produce plaster and heavy debris that runs near the 2 included tons in a full 20-yard; we'll talk weight up front. Property managers use us for unit turnovers where the bin has to be in and out in a day, and one Net 30 account covers multiple buildings.
Commercial sites usually have a lot or yard with room for the bin, and on-site placement needs no permit. Residential driveways in South Salt Lake can be narrow; send a photo if you're not sure and we'll confirm the truck can set and retrieve it. Street placement requires city permission. We bring boards for both rails when needed, on asphalt as well as concrete.

Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from South Salt Lake; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.
Book 1, 3 or up to 7 days. Need longer? It's $10 per extra day. No penalty, no re-booking.
The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
Hazardous materials (paint, fuel, chemicals, asbestos), tires, batteries, electronics, and medical waste. Dirt, concrete, brick and stone can't go in the 20-yard; they go in the 7-yard box. Mattresses and box springs: $20 each.
We bring heavy-duty boards and use them when needed to help spread the weight, at no extra charge. It's standard practice, not a guarantee against damage, so tell us about your driveway when you book.
