Riverton lots run large, and that shapes what we haul here. Sod removal, xeriscape conversions, and re-grades on a third-acre or half-acre lot produce far more dirt than a typical valley yard. The 7-yard dirt box is our most-booked bin in Riverton for that reason: flat rate, no tonnage, and we swap it out so the crew stays on site. Concrete demo from old driveways, RV pads, and patios goes in the same box.
Riverton still has agricultural properties and older homes on the west side alongside 1990s and 2000s subdivisions in Riverton Heights and Western Springs. Barn and outbuilding cleanouts are a Riverton specialty for us: old lumber, fencing, and decades of accumulated junk, which is bulky but light and fits well in a 20-yard. Most customers put the bin in the driveway, which needs no permit. Street placement usually requires a right-of-way permit from Riverton; call us before booking and we'll walk you through it.

The 20-yard includes 2 tons; anything over is $55 per ton, billed from the landfill scale ticket. The 7-yard dirt and concrete box is a flat rate with no weight overage.
