Renovation bins that work around your guests

Hotel renovations, FF&E replacements and property cleanouts need a bin that shows up on schedule, stays out of the guests' way and leaves with clean paperwork.

How we run it for hotels & hospitality

Renovations that keep the hotel open

Most hotel renovations happen with the property still selling rooms. We place a 20-yard at the back of house, the loading area or a far corner of the lot, and swap it on the schedule your contractor is working: a floor at a time, a wing at a time, or daily during demo. Swaps run Monday through Friday, and we time them with your engineering or front office team so the truck isn't in the drive at check-in or check-out.

FF&E, case goods and soft goods

A guest-room refresh produces furniture, case goods, headboards, carpet and pad, drapes, lighting and bathroom fixtures, and all of it goes in the 20-yard. The bin includes two tons, then $55 per ton over from the landfill scale ticket. Soft goods rarely get near that; tile, tubs and stone vanity tops add weight fast. Mattresses and box springs are $20 each. Refrigerant units like PTACs and mini-fridges can't go in the bin, so plan on a separate pickup for those.

Paperwork that matches

Hotels run on purchase orders, and so do our invoices. Give us the PO or project number at booking and it shows on every invoice, with the scale ticket attached whenever tonnage applies. Net 30 billing, a certificate of insurance on request, and one account that covers every property you own or manage. Ownership groups and management companies running renovations at several hotels get custom pricing set by agreement.

Beyond the guest rooms

Lobby and restaurant remodels, ballroom and meeting-room refreshes, back-of-house cleanouts and parking-lot projects all run the same way. Pool deck, patio or sidewalk concrete goes in the 7-yard box at a flat rate with no weight overage, as long as the load is clean. Call us with the property address and the scope of work, and we'll set up the account and the swap schedule the same day.

Hotels & Hospitality questions

Can you place the bin where guests won't see it?

Usually, yes. We'll place it at the back of house, a loading area or a far corner of the lot, wherever the truck can set and retrieve it. Send a photo or a site map when you book and we'll confirm the spot before the driver arrives.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Tell us who needs to be listed as certificate holder (the hotel, the ownership group or the management company) and we'll send it on request.

Can our PO number go on the invoice?

Yes. Give us the PO or project number at booking and it shows on every invoice for that job. Net 30 billing, with scale tickets attached when tonnage applies.

How are mattresses billed?

Mattresses and box springs are $20 each. Everything else from a room renovation, including case goods, carpet, drywall and fixtures, goes in at the flat price per pull, with two tons included.
